The team of AccuPower and AccuShop will remain unchanged. This also guarantees that the spirit of innovation and the unbureaucratic cooperation for our customers and partners will remain the same maximum quality. Just as you are used to from us. I myself will remain with the company as Managing Director of AccuPower.

As an entrepreneur I have always seen it as my duty to act prudently and future-oriented for my employees as well as for my partners and customers.

The change of ownership is therefore exactly the right step at this point in time in order to be able to offer you the best quality in the future as well and to provide my team with a secure job.

With his MOONS GmbH, Mr. Minarik stands for the best quality and latest technologies in the trade of ultrasound equipment as well as in the reprocessing and repair of ultrasound probes.

However, AccuPower and AccuShop will continue to be managed as independent companies.
