AccuPower 7S chargers for lithium-ion battery packs
For our 7S lithium-ion battery packs, a suitable charger was needed that is compact and robust and, above all, delivers a high charging current to ensure short recharging times.
The main focus was on the specially designed housing in connection with an optimal installation of the components in order to take up as little – but enough – space as necessary. The new generation of our chargers features our AccuPower connector housing, which was also a project of ours (see here for ” placeholder for title of project with connector housing”).
Our charger is equipped with a proprietary charging process that optimally charges the battery and thus prolongs its life. The charger has been provided with all the necessary safety features and is therefore suitable for universal use for charging 7S lithium batteries.
The self-designed packaging with the consciously chosen raw material shows how much AccuPower conserves resources and focuses on sustainable production.
Research focus
Our goal as well as the challenge was to programme the charging curve and charging algorithm in such a way that it is optimally designed for charging lithium batteries and the safety functions are adapted to lithium batteries. The robust housing is slim and above all compact in order to save space with enclosed products.
Our Solution
The AccuPower charger for Li-Ion battery packs with 7 cells is an intelligent, universally applicable quick charger with a high-quality design and PowerPole connector in a compact plastic housing.
Thanks to the microprocessor-controlled charge monitoring and the integrated safety timer, it optimally meets modern safety standards and is ideal for charging Li-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs.
