Industrial batteries for emergency lighting systems
The project consisted of the development and production of various NiMH and NiCD batteries for emergency luminaire applications, for different models and operating modes.
Our emergency luminaires are equipped with high quality cells and the emergency luminaire batteries have all the necessary certifications and the batteries are compatible with a wide range of emergency luminaire systems.
Research focus
Our goal was to design and produce suitable batteries for the different models. We paid special attention to the variety of different battery solutions, both in the selection of the chemistry and the design.
The batteries were equipped with cables so that they can be quickly and easily installed in the emergency lighting system by the fitter, regardless of the plug, and if required, we can already make the necessary plugs during production.
Our Solution
Our solution is a variety of battery systems, nickel metal hydride and nickel cadmium, as well as in different designs (both stick and side by side). We also continue to manufacture customised special shapes on customer request, should no existing battery system fit.
