Project description
The project consisted of the development and production of various expansion systems integrated into robust enclosures.
These expansion systems can be used to charge or discharge up to 4 batteries together. Charging and discharging current up to 30A is possible. Total charging and discharging current is up to 120A. The housing has an IP66 protection class.

The special challenge was to develop different extension systems that meet the high demands of the customer (up to 4 batteries in parallel or a switch box for charging and discharging) and are also provided with the necessary safety features.
Through our well thought-out adapter system, we are able to optionally provide your suitable plug for every battery pack.

Research focus
Our goal was to develop mobile extension systems that are optimally adapted to the needs of the industry .
It was important for us to design the extension systems in such a way that they remain compact and mobile despite high load capacities.
During development, we paid special attention to the universal range of application and the variety that is possible with the different connections and number of connections
.Our Solution
We have developed four different battery extension systems for this project, consisting of a switch box for four batteries, a 4-way parallel junction box, and a 3-way and 2-way parallel junction box.
