Consumer cells for universal use
The project consisted of the development and production of high-quality NiMH cells in attractive blister cards for key accounts, resellers and end customers. We paid special attention to the fact that the cells are of higher quality than those of our competitors and have a long service life.
The “Ready to use” cells have a particularly long service life due to their low self-discharge (approx.: 2% per month) and, as the name suggests, are characterised by their immediate readiness for use.

Research focus
Our goal was to produce both standard cells (Digital Power) and RTU = Ready To Use cells (AccuLoop) for our customer. The challenge was to optimally fulfil the high capacities and the high quality requirements for both battery systems.
It also had to cover the entire end-consumer range, i.e. from 9V to mono-cell (D).

AccuPower AccuLoop NiMH rechargeable batteries in the sizes AAA/Micro, AA/Mignon, C/Baby, D/Mono and 9V:
The AccuLoop NiMH rechargeable batteries are “Ready2use” immediately ready for use (supplied charged). They are particularly characterised by their low self-discharge / LSD (Low self discharge). Even after months of storage without load, the batteries are fully operational for up to one year.
