AccuPower charger for LiFePO4 battery packs with 8 cells.
Trickle charger for optimal storage management of your LiFePO4 batteries
The project consisted of the development and production of a trickle charger, which is optimally suited for storing LiFePO4 for a long time, as the built-in electronics have a trickle charging function and automatically recognise when a recharge of the LiFePO4 is required in order to avoid deep discharge.
Note and important information: In general, lithium batteries must be recharged regularly to avoid deep discharge. We recommend recharging batteries at regular intervals to avoid deep discharge.

Research focus
Our goal was to develop an electronic system for the charger to simplify stock management for the customer. The electronics automatically recognise the voltage values of the battery and only start a charging process when it is necessary or as requested by the customer. We can adapt the electronics to your needs.
A special focus was to optimise the energy consumption of the charger in order to only consume energy, i.e. to charge, when the battery responds to the charger.
Our Solution
Our solution is a LiFePO4 trickle charger, suitable for 8S LiFePO4 batteries, which can be customised according to customer requirements (number of cells, charging current, voltage values).
